Shipping Methods

  • DHL Express:

    Fast and reliable international shipping with delivery times typically ranging from 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.
    Tracking information is provided for all shipments.

  • Correos del Ecuador:

    Economical international shipping option with delivery times typically ranging from 10-20 business days.
    Tracking information is provided for all shipments.
    Ideal for bulk orders where cost savings are a priority.

  • Customer's Preferred Courier:

    If you have a preferred courier or shipping method, you can provide us with your account details, and we will coordinate the shipment accordingly.

Shipping Costs

  • DHL Express:

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination. Due to the variable nature of these costs, we will provide a detailed shipping quote upon order confirmation.

  • Correos del Ecuador:

    This service offers more predictable pricing. Shipping costs will be provided at checkout based on the weight of your order.

  • General Shipping Costs:

    Regardless of the shipping method chosen, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. This processing time accounts for the necessary phytosanitary inspection and the issuance of the export certificate by Agrocalidad, Ecuador's agricultural quality authority.
Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Export Documentation

  • Every shipment includes a commercial invoice and an export certificate issued by Agrocalidad.

  • The export certificate ensures that our Palo Santo products meet all international regulations and quality standards.

  • The cost of the export certificate is covered by Marsofia International at no additional charge to the customer.

Insurance

  • DHL Express:

    All shipments via DHL Express are insured up to a certain value. Additional insurance can be purchased if needed. Please contact our sales team for more information.

  • Correos del Ecuador:

    Basic insurance is included, covering the standard liability offered by Correos del Ecuador. For additional insurance coverage, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

  • For shipments via DHL Express, we will initiate a claim with DHL and keep you updated on the status.

  • For shipments via Correos del Ecuador:, we will work with Correos del Ecuador to resolve the issue.
